Please view the Pre Can / CanSkate tab in the drop down menu to learn more about each program. We hold sessions in Cochrane on Wednesday evenings and in Smooth Rock Falls on Saturday mornings for the 2024-25 season.
**Stage 5 is the minimum standard required by Skate Canada; CFSC requires helmet use until the completion of the CanSkate program.
